Hostel Policy

Reception Hours and Check-In/Check-Out

  • Reception Hours: 08:00-24:00.

  • Check-In: From 14:00. Please inquire at the reception if you wish to check in early.

  • Check-Out: Until 11:30. If you need a late check-out, please coordinate in advance with the reception.

Cancellation and Modification of Reservations

  • Free Cancellation: Available up to 5 days before the arrival date.

  • Late Cancellation: May incur a charge of at least one night.

  • Date Changes: Possible upon prior arrangement and subject to availability. Please inform the reception of any changes.

Payment Policy

  • Payment: To be made at check-in or according to prior agreement.

  • Payment Methods: We accept cash or credit cards (Visa and MasterCard).

  • Refund Policy: No refunds will be issued after check-in.

Guest Policy

  • Minimum Age: The hostel is intended for guests aged 16 and above. Guests under 18 may not stay in shared rooms but can stay in private rooms with an adult.

  • External Guests: No external guests are allowed in the rooms without prior approval from the reception. Unregistered guests cannot access the rooms.

Use of Public Areas

  • Common Areas: The hostel includes café, bar, lobby, and rooftop areas.

  • Quiet Hours: Please maintain silence between 00:00-08:00 to avoid disturbing other guests.

  • Personal Belongings: Do not leave personal belongings in public areas. The hostel is not responsible for loss or damage to unguarded items.

Cleanliness and Order Maintenance

  • Cleanliness: Maintaining the cleanliness of rooms and public areas is mandatory.

  • Cleaning Service: Room cleaning services will be provided upon request or at fixed times. Towels should be returned, and additional towel or linen requests should be made at the reception.

Responsibility and Insurance

  • Property Responsibility: The hostel is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property.

  • Valuables: Keep valuables in safes available at the reception.

  • Insurance: The hostel provides third-party liability insurance only; therefore, any damage caused by a guest will be charged.

Smoking and Alcohol

  • Smoking: Allowed only in designated areas.

  • Alcohol: No outside alcohol is permitted. Consumption of alcohol is allowed only in shared areas and according to the bar/restaurant policy.

Attractions and Additional Services

  • Laundry Services: Laundry services are available for a fee at the reception. Towels can also be rented.

  • Tours and Activities: Tourists can contact the on-site travel agency for activity coordination. Parties and events will be held according to the hostel's event schedule.

Pets

  • Pets: Pets are allowed only with prior arrangement with the management. Owners must ensure cleanliness and close supervision of pets.

​

Sanctions for Policy Violations

  • Policy Violations: Any violation of rules may lead to eviction from the hostel without a refund.

  • Damages: Cases of vandalism or damage will incur financial charges at the discretion of the management.

​

Privacy and Personal Information

  • Privacy Protection: Your personal information will be kept private and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
